# Saklam

> Saklam masks personally identifiable information (PII) on your own device — before a prompt leaves it for a frontier LLM (Claude, GPT, Mistral) — and restores the original values in the answer. One product in four form factors: a browser extension, a desktop app, the Bridge (self-hosted Docker gateway), and mobile (iOS beta). One licence key covers all of them; they can be used in parallel. Zero-knowledge: Saklam's servers never see any content; the token mapping never leaves your device or network.

- Desktop app: Windows, macOS, Linux — single seat, no Docker, everything local
- Bridge (Docker): for IT & teams — OpenAI-compatible gateway, integration is one base_url change, plus audit trail, policy and custom patterns. Bring your own API key (BYOK)
- Mobile: iOS is in open TestFlight beta (detection on the device); Android is in development, no release date announced
- Detection: 350+ validated patterns across EU-27 + EEA (German-optimized: IBAN, Steuer-ID, Versichertennummer, Aktenzeichen, ICD-10, LANR, PZN …) plus NER for names
- Masking is deterministic and reversible: the model works on placeholders like [PER_a1b2c3d4]; the answer is un-masked locally
- Bridge works with any OpenAI-/Anthropic-compatible client, n8n, LangChain, LlamaIndex, custom backends (set base_url to the Bridge)
- Scope of the Bridge: API path only (your API keys). It does not sit in front of ChatGPT/Claude consumer subscriptions — that is what the browser extension is for
- Pricing: €99/month or €990/year (plus VAT, B2B) for Solo — every tier includes every form factor; the difference is team size and support. Team €490/mo, Business €1,490/mo, Enterprise/OEM on request
